Authorized Customs Representative

Location – Spain / Remote and / or Villena (Alicante)

MyCargoGate Group, a leading logistics company in ecommerce headquartered in Switzerland with subsidiaries in Germany and Spain. Specializing in cross-border eCommerce logistics, our primary focus is on customs clearances, comprising 95% of our business.

Responsabilities:

Support the management to obtain all necessary permits and authorizations for the establishment of our subsidiary in Spain as customs agency.

Oversee and manage all aspects of imports and exports between Spain and other countries. Ensure compliance with all relevant customs regulations, laws, and procedures. Serve as the key point of contact for customs-related matters, both internally and externally. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customs processes and improve efficiency. Maintain accurate records and documentation pertaining to customs activities.

Requirements:

  • Authorized Customs Representative certification.
  • Preferably possess the “CAP” (Titular de Certificado de Competencia Profesional para el transporte terrestre de mercancías).
  • Solid understanding and experience in Spanish customs regulations and procedures.
  • Proven track record in managing customs operations, preferably within the logistics industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
