Returns are part of the business, but they don’t have to become a nightmare for you. Thanks to our returns portal, your customers can effortlessly return products, and you will be promptly informed about it. In our returns centers, packages are scanned and, if requested, opened and the products are inspected. You decide whether they should be returned or stored in our warehouse. This way, you slowly build up a stock at our location from which new orders can be executed.

Of course, we also offer the option of handling returns back to your location. Thanks to our proprietary software solution, we can easily process the return clearance, so no additional customs duties and taxes apply. On the contrary, we even claim back the paid duties for you.
