For our location in Bassersdorf (Zurich), we are looking for a Warehouse Agent (m/f/d) – 100%. In this role, you will ensure that goods are handled safely, efficiently and on time in the warehouse and prepared for dispatch.
Your responsibilities:
Receiving goods and checking incoming deliveries
Storing goods in accordance with internal guidelines and warehouse processes
Picking, packing and preparing shipments for dispatch
Loading and unloading vehicles
Carrying out incoming and outgoing goods inspections
Supporting stocktakes and inventory checks
Recording and maintaining warehouse movements in the merchandise management system
Processing returns and reporting discrepancies or damage
Ensuring order and cleanliness in the warehouse
Compliance with all safety, quality and hygiene guidelines
Supporting general warehouse and logistics tasks as required
Your profile:
Vocational training in logistics, warehousing or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment, ideally in freight forwarding or logistics
Good computer skills, including MS Office and ERP systems
Confident use of warehouse management or inventory software
Proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented way of working
Independent, structured and reliable way of working
Good communication skills when dealing with internal teams, suppliers and freight forwarders
Very good written and spoken German and good English skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
